The Mur is one of the most powerful rivers in the alps and has a length of 450 km. The tour starts in the national park Hohe Tauern and ends in the area of the styrian termen near the boarder to slovenia.

It goes downward with the mur - anyway 1000 altitude difference from Muhr till Bad Radkersburg. The soft decline is at the beginning of th mur bike path disconnected of some ascents. Mostly of time the bike path is asphaltic and the tour is adapted for families.
