Dear Bestseller Reisen people

I have been meaning to write to you ever since we returned from Austria last July - and now I am finally doing it.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for a wonderfully well-organised walking holiday. It was fantastic. The guide book was great - we never lost our way. We liked the hotels you had chosen for us. All went smoothly - our luggage safely delivered to our next hotel. 

You did not yourselves create the mountains, lakes and forests - so  can't thank you for them. However, you did let us enjoy so much of the beauty and splendour of your country in an easy, stress-free way.
